Packaging : All will wrap with bubble wrap individually and place it in a big carton before it is good to send.

* Requested box for the doorgifts will have an additional charge.
*Plain white box for the size of a standard mug = 0.50 cents each.
*Transparent box will be charge based on the size of the doorgifts. E.g= RM 1.50 and above per box.
*Netting for the doorgifts small size - RM 0.80 cents each.
*Netting for the doorgifts small big - RM 1 and above each.
Netting (sarung telur) for handmade flowers (bunga pahar) - RM 0.20 cents each.
Wrapping service - RM 0.20 cents each.

Semenanjung - Poslaju / Citylink / Self Collect at the store / Delivery above 100 pcs *extra charges outside Klang Valley.

Sabah - Sarawak - Indonesia - Brunei - Singapore - Poslaju/Citylink / Self Collect at the store/ Air Freight using Air Asia Cargo, price will be calculate later on depending on the weight.

International shipping - will be double/extra bubble wrap individually before it is good to send.
RETURN POLICY
*If customers are dissatisfied/ see some rejections/defections, you can tell us and return the product, we will replace you with the new ones. No worries, Sweeties!
PAYMENT METHOD

• Payment can be made by cash at our store or online transfer such as Maybank2u, CIMB clicks, or bank transfer.
• Deposit = 30% on booking and upon confirming order.
• Balance of payment on collection.

• ADD ANOTHER FLOWER : add 50 cents each
• ADD WORDING : ABOVE 500 PCS , add 30 cents each
• BELOW 500 PCS, add RM 150 on total
• NO MIN ORDER.
• CAN CHOOSE GOLD LINING / SILVER LINING, SAME PRICE.
• Need to place order at least : 2 – 3 months before event.
